Robelyn McNair, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is President and Chief People Advisor of BRS Advisory Service located in Atlanta GA. Robelyn is an accomplished executive and senior certified human resources professional with over 25 years of experience leading and managing human capital initiatives and programs. Working directly with business leaders, executives, managers and line staff, she is able translate business objectives and align them with people, processes and programs to deliver solutions and results. In addition to her extensive experience in human resources, she holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Robelyn is an active member in various industry and community based organizations and currently serves as a board member of a local workforce development board.
